I am an Apple Snob! No doubt about it, I’ve even read the biography’s on Steve Jobs and Woz, and used Apple products in all it’s various forms for many years too. As users (and evangelists/Apple nutters) will know, the software is intuitive and the hardware, well, it’s just so beautifully designed and a real pleasure to use. I’m currently populating this site, (when I can find the time) on a 5k iMac and the screen is just awesome! OK, so before I get too carried away, this gallery is really about featuring my iPhone images, or using the portmanteau – iPhoneography! Hmmmm, oh well I suppose it’s quite app. . .t! The quality of iPhone images really took a quantum leap with the 4s. Nowadays I’m shooting with the 6 plus, which is, well awesome and the larger screen, gorgeous and so much better to work with. And the movie options, Time-Lapse, Slo-Mo, Steady Cam etc etc! AND, I recently discovered, phone calls can be made with it too!
Anyway, here’s some of my snaps – The background image was taken in Port Douglas, Queensland, Australia. I have this image as a 100cm wide, panoramic canvas on a wall at home and it sure looks impressive.
iPhone 6 plus and 4s side by side. Apart from the issue of carrying the 6 plus in a pocket, it’s so much better to use as an image recording device.

So for me the iPhone is an amazing tool and for image manipulation, the ‘Snapseed’ app is equally amazing!
